i found out my gran just died a couple days ago and i was close to her but im not showing im sad nor do i feel sad about it i know i should be sad and she deserves for people to be showing grief or maybe feeling it but not showing it but even when im thinking this i dont feel sad for not feeling sad about her death its fucked up but still.
Is it normal not to cry or express emotion when it comes to death?
