So basically I have a crush whom I just can't confess my love. She has no social media accounts (weird) and I have reliable info that there is another one trying to ask her out. Am I normal? What should I do if I am normal, and what if I am not?
Sounds like you should ask her out using a method that doesn't involve social media before she's taken. Your mouth exists for a reason.

Totally normal to be afraid to say anything, but just go for it. It's fine if you're kinda awkward about it; awkward's part of the territory. Speaking from experience, you will regret saying nothing far more than you will regret asking her out.
Still speaking from experience, also be mentally prepared for her response to go either way. Either she's into you, too, which is great, or she'd rather just stay friends, which is still really cool (even if it makes you feel like crap in the moment).
And don't be too weirded out by the lack of social media accounts. Some people just don't like all that interactional baggage.

Yes. I think such things are terrifying, I even struggle to tell someone i'm dating that I like them even though I know they like me too.
