  • Maybe you've lost weight in areas you don't measure (like your face). Maybe you just look healthier (through having a healthier diet). Maybe you've lost fat but put on muscle (so your overall weight hasn't changed much, but your condition has).

    Whatever it is, congratulations on what you've done so far. If you feel you've plateaued, maybe you need to gradually start increasing the exercise you already do.
