Is it normal no one sells usb port replacement?

See if you can find someone selling the same or similar model cheap "for parts" on ebay, then scavenge the usb ports from it. Though finding just the part you need would be the more ideal solution.

There is a number down the bottom of the page, you could call them and ask them if they can order the part in. Please note this is from the looks of it, an American number.

The satellite L455D-S5976 is well known for this failure. I found applying about a litre of petrol and semen to the outside case and the USB ports and igniting with a match solved all my issues.

What was interesting that the resulting ashes contained an orb of shining light that made it possible for me to read the future.

Go to frys or unsolder the USB port from and other computer that's going to ewaste. Schools and companies often have ewaste piles.

Try eBay or if you have a warranty on your computer, take it in to get fixed.
