Sorry to say, but you sound like the "Backup plan" - you know, the person you end up with because you cant be with the one you want / haven't found the one you want.
What you should do is, of course, entirely up to you. So long as you accept that your partner will probably leave you as soon as he finds someone he feels is better, if the rest of the relationship is good, stay. Alternately, kick his ass to the kerb and go find someone who wants to be with you as "option A".
