It's normal for people to have sexual limits, interests and disinterests, preferences and fears.         Yeah, it's pretty normal unfortunately. :/ Trauma is a really weird thing, it effects everyone differently and for different amounts of time. Anything similar to the traumatic event can be a trigger to the traumatized person, it doesn't really matter who you are or how safe you make them feel, it's a psychological response to what, to the mind was a very scarring event.
