I hate to say this but this made me feel a bit better about my life. I feel very sorry for you, she absolutely must have cheated, that proceedure is very exspensive. I can't imagine as a married couple you don't have access to her medical insurance information. So seems like you can figure out the truth rather easily.
Going to said clinic isn't going to help because of hippa laws.
Im pretty sure they don't need a husbands consent anyone who thinks that should check the date it's not 1880.
