Uh, she has a right to do it because it's her body? Of course I'm not advocating for it and what she did was wrong, she shouldn't of gone behind your back and did it, but even if she did talk to you about it there's no stopping her if she really wanted to do it.
It sounds like there isn't much trust in your relationship, or you two aren't good at communicating to each other.
At least she didn't go and have sex with another man, and her concerns about potential children may be truthful, although I'd stay wary.
Sit down and have a conversation about it, tell her how you feel and that she should of talked to you about this before going through with it and that you're upset. If she disregards your feelings, she most likely doesn't care for you.
