The thing is since this all started our sex life has improved dramatically. Until 6 months ago we would only make love about once or twice a month and sometimes less than that. It sounds as if you've weighed up the undies with the improved sex life and gone along with it, but I do not agree that she should've done this without your consent. She wants a dom/sub relationship, but imposing this on you with no communication is a red flag, so you're right to wonder how far she's going to go with this.
Can you set some boundaries? Have you told her you're concerned about where this is going? If there's no communication, what sort of a relationship is this anyway?
