This is 100% not normal. Your son is a person. Your wife needs to stop controling everything and let him live his life. This is insane! I feel so bad for him. Having a parent like this, I promess you, this poor boy is going to end up HATING his mother. Its psychology. I think your wife has obviously a big problem.
