Is it normal my twitchy eye

I'm beginning to worry because I've had a twitchy eye daily for 6 weeks. I am wondering if it's a neurological disorder like a tumour of the brain. I'm actually terrified as I'm a mum to 3 the youngest being 3 years old. I don't want her to grow up without me. I'm getting enough sleep and my diet is good too. Please give me ideas guys xx

    It could be stress, but it's better to be safe than sorry. See a doctor.

    I dont feel stressed but then I suppose anything can cause stress day to day. Thank you both for your reply x

    Yeah, I get eye twitches from time to time, seems to be stress related.

    I get a reoccurring eye twitch from stress. You may need to relax.
