Don't worry about it - I've used a urinal with my Geography, History and Maths teachers (including a trough) and I don't mind it. I haven't glanced at their penises (I'd rather not, but if I did I wouldn't care - we have the same body parts at the end of the day). Yes, it's awkward, as you're both standing there with your dicks out, but I'd much rather pee with adults than with kids who automatically assume that if you use the urinal with them you're immediately gay.
