It's normal that he does it, but you shouldn't let him. I read that children usually stop at the age of seven, so you might want to do something about his habits. If it's not on purpose though, look up nocturnal enuresis to help you.
It isn't nocturnal. He wets himself during the daytime and he's dry at night.
Then you should really scold him and get him to realize what he is doing is wrong. Do what username NoraBaker suggested.
