I agree with the insecurity thing. Sounds like she feels is in constant competition, real or imagined, with all other women. Associating with all men gives her, in her mind, an edge, b/c she can present herself, flirt, and take attention away from other women.
It could just be that she just wants all guy friends, but after awhile all guys will end up wanting sex or going elsewhere, again putting her in competition with other women. If a guy dates a woman who has all guy friends, it's not easy. I've done it, and, the guy has to be secure in himself, knowing other guys are around her often.
