Is it normal my sis asked my opinion on her trying on lingerie?

I'm 20 and she's 19 and the other day we went to the mall shopping. We went into Victoria's Secret and she wanted to buy lingerie. After she grabbed some stuff, she went to the changing rooms and I told her I would wait outside. She said no and that she wanted my opinion on which lingerie looked best on her. She then led me into the room and changed in front of me. I felt awkward but at the same time my sister has a great body...is this normal? We didn't do anything or touch anything but she didn't seem to care that I was watching her undress.

Is It Normal?

    I guess you're a guy, wich makes it kind of a weird situation. But I think your sister trusts you enough to not be ashamed of her body towards you. You are her brother, someone she can trust.

    I'm pretty sure they don't allow men in dressing rooms at Victoria's Secret. I say fake story.

      I was willing to believe until "I told her I would wait outside". There's no way anybody would say that. It's like saying "I'm going to urinate in toilet instead of wetting myself".

        I believe the OP. Don't you when you are with people tell them you are going to the bathroom or something like that so they know where you are? It is probably more of a needless way to let his sister know that he isn't going to go to another store or something.

    Fake or not, this is a story that could possibly happen. I'm going to be the one here to say that this is "normal". One of my philosophies is that as long as one is not bringing definite harm to themselves, their life, or others, then sex and/or sexual fantasies are okay.
    My opinion on incest and incestual situations is that as long as you both know the dangers and are smart about it, then it is fine. Even sex is fine if you use protection correctly and the act will not damage either of you mentally. Tampering with familial bonds is dangerous.

    If this happens on rare occasion and she's asking for no more than your opinion, then I think it's fine.

    If she's asking for more than just your opinion and/or it happens more than on rare occasion (if you're a guy) then it's definitely not normal.

    Depends on whether or not you are female.

    If you're female, then it's not that weird because in a lot of cultures it's perfectly socially acceptable to be naked in front of people of the same sex, especially family members.

    If you're male, then yes, that was extremely inappropriate and smacks of incestuous overtones.

      Huh. You know, I just assumed OP was male because if they're not it hardly even seems weird enough to mention. But I guess technically nothing in the post indicates this.
