Sounds like you're just being weird about this because you don't know how relationships work. Unless my roomate's guests were actually keeping me awake or being a bother to me, I would *never* tell someone I live with they can't have their SO come over.
Why should he have to be made to feel uncomfortable in his own room? He says they have sex every time he leaves the room, so you know they're just sitting around waiting for him to leave all the time. He should have requested a new roommate when this foolishness first started.
What do you expect a couple to do when they get alone time? If they were kicking him out to have sex that would be one thing but it doesn't sound like that's the case. I mean, all couples do it, but you don't think about it everytime you hang out with them. It's awkward if you make it awkward.
