Your puppy is NOT *purposely* pooping/peeing in the house. It just isn't house-trained yet. Maybe you should've done some research before you took on the responsibility of pet ownership.
It's been 3 weeks with constantly praising him when he toilets outside and doing nothing when he does it inside and he has made zero progress at all which is not normal. He's an outside dog now, he's not coming back in the house
