no, he's doing it on purpose. i don't let him inside the house anymore he's been staying outside for the past week and only being let inside when it's time to put him to bed in his crate where he'll piss all he wants in there but i don't care. after seeing him do a long piss outside a few days ago i waited 10 minutes then decided to let him in the house to see what he would do, he took one sniff and started walking around while pissing leaving a large trail of piss so i put him back outside
