Do you seriously believe your semen is so corrosive that it's able to eat through glass and plastic?
I can see how getting semen in the charging connector might possibly cause problems. I haven't checked, but I suspect that semen will conduct electricity, so that could short out the electrical terminals in the connector. If your screen was already cracked, it's conceivable that semen seeping into those cracks could reach the LCD display under the glass and short it out. But if the screen was intact and the phone physically sound with a good seal between the glass and the plastic body of the phone, then splashing a little semen on it should be no more damaging than getting it wet in the rain.
Screen was cracked and screen protector was removed because It had started peeling off slowly abd was really bugging me. Its also possible some got in the charging but because it was mostly at the bottom of the screen.
Well then, I suppose it is indeed possible that one or more of your little swimmers dove into the crack and died in a microscopic blaze of glory as it shorted out the screen.
A less amusing mental picture is that some of the liquid in which the sperm are suspended seeped into the crack and shorted things out.
