    I would just let it go ...
    Move on . He clearly didn't want to start up a friendship with you .
    Do not make a new account you're wasting you're time and energy on someone who just doesn't want to talk to you . That happens . Rejection stings .

      I definitely wouldn't start up a new account. I figure if someone doesn't want to talk to me badly enough they block me from doing so, it would be highly inappropriate to try to force them to.
