There was another post that I ranted with a person named amigoing. Although her views were different from mine, I stand by what she had said about a difference between flirting and actually trying to turn you on. Although I'd be inclined to say just go for it, these girls are not sending you that message. The so called "teasing sexually" these girls are doing is just testing your reaction, there is a good chance they don't even know the potential outcomes.

In that case, its biology. Biologically, young girls (Freud would say starting around 6) become attracted to older men. Older men, are attracted to younger girls. Why? Well sex is about the survival of the species. From a biology standpoint, an older man is more capable of providing food and safety for the offspring.
