I agree completely. She has to let you make up your own mind. Have you told this to her simply? That's she's pushing you away from her?
You could explain her to that, if she believes in free will, shouldn't the same be allowed in your house? If God allowed us to choose to love him or not, should you not get the same choice? I think she might know this but she's stubborn and thinks her actions alone will save you, it's not how it works.
Don't let it destroy your relationship though. You have to make some action towards resolution. If you can't talk to her, which I really think you need to do. Talk to your pastor, if he doesn't get it, you don't belong in that Church.
