Once, many years ago, I started eating this cereal that contain Soy. This cereal fucked up with my hormones so much that my blood flow was like a Tsunami. I was changing my pads extremely frequently, I always felt damp. Then, there were the intense cramps. One day, I felt the need to use the loo. Scared, I sat down on the toliet and pushed. Nothing came but there was a strange sensation. I pushed again and instead of urine or feces, these strange softish lumps came out of my front...
Turns out I gave birth to three blood clots. After I had them, my hormones went back to normal and I stopped eating that evil cereal.
No, diet was one of the first things I ever looked at. For a long time, I ate nothing but unprocessed, organic food, exercised properly, used no dodgy personal care products and so forth. And honestly, it all made no difference! But I have always stayed away from GMOs.
