Is it normal my love birds fight?

I have 3 lovebirds(and 2 parakeets) and 2 of the lovebirds always gang up on the other one and try to kill him. He trys to defend his self but its hard because its 2 againts one. I dont mind them fighting the parakeets but arnt lovebirds suppose to love each other?! And not fight. I thought thats how they got their name O.o

Is It Normal?

    Well it's normal because they are very aggressive because I had 3 lovebird before and the two would fall in love and they get territorial but we already had the other in separate cage but they would like Try and fight through the bars

    Some animals just don't get along with each other. I know my cat would probably plot my demise if I ever got another cat. So separate those birdies.

    Uh, probably cause the two lovebirds are bonded and love each other, and they don't want the third one in their territory. Best to separate the one lovebird from the other two.

    Sometimes it's gender related as well.
