I've run boats with women crew members, shared living spaces with them and even hotel rooms with them, when traveling to or from a vessel, but in 24 years of marriage and the many other years of relationships without marriage, I've NEVER so much as kissed another woman on the lips, let alone cheated.
You may be making a mountain out of a mole hill, or perhaps you are looking for an excuse to get out of your marriage.
And perhaps the other reason for his flirting is that he isn't getting the attention he needs at home.

You are lucky your wife has no clue due to lack of intelligence or inability to understand social situations.
