Another possibility: since you are already living together during the school year, you could make it official and get an apartment together. Then you can spend as much alone time together as you like. But only do this if you are truly serious about each other, and both of you feel ready to take this step. Also, you can expect to get some pushback from her parents, so it's important for both of you to stay strong and present a united front.
