Yeah, not normal. If she didn't want to give you a handjob for whatever reason, then I don't get why she didn't just say so. Besides, she's your girlfriend after all, so I can't see why she'd be acting so weird about it, especially after you've already started. Its not normal that your significant other should be "annoyed" at trying to please you (just like you shouldn't be annoyed trying to please her). But it IS normal that a handjob didn't do much for you. Most dudes don't get much out of them.
