She's obviously trying to hide a lot from you, and lying. And it's going to hurt you every time she does. It's unhealthy to keep yourself in that position and unfair to yourself.
The longer you stay, the more it's going to hurt, and the more she is going to eat away at your well being really.

You are right. Since this has been happening I have not been functioning properly. I haven't been eating as much and it's because I don't want to when I try I always feel full. And I've been dreaming about her so much lately it hurts.I will try will all I have to leave her. Thank you for the advice it really helped me.

Respect yourself enough to know that it is more important to be single and happy, than in a relationship and depressed. I promise one day you will find someone way better than her, that won't lie to you, and will have the feelings for you that you have for her.
