You say that your only problem is that you can't fall asleep after. It goes both ways! Surely you can please her before bedtime, that's hardly an issue at all. But you could and should ask the same out of her!
I have issues getting to sleep too, stimulation helps and it IS better when someone gives it to me, but this could be fingering, oral, vaginal,anal whatever.

generally afterwards I give her a foot rub and by that time she's asleep, so can't ask the same at that point.
