You should probably just leave her. Even if she isn't cheating with this "friend" it's disrespectful to talk about all of that private stuff about your relationship, and it's a bad sign if she can't talk to you about her depression but keeps confiding in some other guy. Also you clearly don't trust her at all. Whether that's warranted or not, it's a relationship killer. Either she's cheating on you or you're always going to think she is even when she's not. You can't get back from that.
You've had a great year with her, leave now while you still have happy memories.
