Is it normal my friends value my money different

I'm 24 and an artist. I'm not rich rich, but I'm very comfortable financially with what I do, I pay my bills on time and live well with money left over. I'm also a very generous person, always offering to pay whenever I go out with people and buying gifts, lending money, etc. and I think because of that people don't take my money as serious as there's.

People don't take it serious if my money goes to waste, or I get ripped off or swindled because they act like $50 for me is equivalent to $10.
I had my car broken into the other week and my tablet stolen, but because I'm well off everybody just thought it was nothing to me and just told me to buy a new one.
I had a waitress not bring back my change after breaking a $100 bill for a $40 meal plus $30 tip and when I asked her for it my buddy said i should have just dropped it but if it was him he would have raised hell.

I think it sucks that just because I have more than average cash people don't see my money as money but just as air to me. $10 is still $10 it doesn't matter if you have a million, it's still worth $10.

You earned that money, it's yours. Your not flaunting or showing off.

10 dollars is 10 dollars. It's not wrong to ask for change back or whatever. People need to mind their own financial lifes

You sound like you are the one obsessed with money and you probably flaunt it, but yes it's normal. People will never care about other peoples money.

You are the one who's not looking at your money same as your friends. Not just them. Stop throwing them around like that
