Limit contact with them: if you have them as 'friends' on facebook, delete and block them. You can also report them.
In school, and wherever else you might see them - ignore them. Your friend is probably scared of them.
Don't be afraid of what your bullies might do. They are much, much weaker and insecure. They may seem tough, but they aren't.
People called me ugly in high school; it affected me a lot but that didn't stop me from going forward in life.
Keep on soldiering on. Don't let them bring you down. You need to be strong, trust me.
