Is it normal my friend is always talking about me losing weight?

  • Forget about him. You need to abandon your "crush", or feelings for him, or whatever that is. It's certainly good to try to lose weight, and get in shape, but he has no business trying to mold you into something that he wants, and he shouldn't get angry at you for getting the occasional snack. I think that a lot of times a so called well meaning friend, or family member can actually hinder a person's attempts at eating more healthfully if they nag the person in question too much.

Maybe you should keep him at arms length as a strictly platonic friend? I dunno, I can't tell you what to do, but I myself am not into bossy people.

    • I wish I had someone to get mad at me when I eat a snickers bar. I ate a snickers bar today and i felt guilty. It would be nice if I had some support network that said "Hey quit eating that bullshit". 🤣 I'm serious, maybe I'd lose the weight easier. I use to have a friend that encouraged me to run everyday when I was boxing. He'd wake me up in the morning and pressure me to go run. Good dude.
