I've heard about chinese diet pills that make you lose weight without diet or exercise. Also, I've heard alot of them can kill you. (evil chinese people) Lots of diet pills that make you lose weight super fast with side effects are likely to hurt or even kill you. I would say stop taking Phentermine, it doesn't sound like it's healthy.
