Phentermine can be as strong as amphetamines, and my understanding when I took them was they can be used as milder, for lack of a better word, stimulants for those on heavy amphetamine addictions, although chemically its not the same it can have a huge effect on you none the less. Be careful with those.

Are you the OP? Take Hoodia. It's a herb that the African Bushmen take when they go on fasts. Works very well.
