  • please eat an apple or something. just slowly start incorporating fruits, vegetables, and fish into your diet one at a time. maybe u can home-make strawberry jam/syrup with real fresh strawberries to put over your toast. add eggs to your breakfast. eat whole GRAIN instead of white. and drink plenty of water. even if you're skinny, you aren't excused from eating a healthy diet. i wish u the best whoever u are... :)
