She's only slightly overweight. Considering all the exercise she does, her weight may be muscle mass.
If she is indeed a bit fat with that diet and exercise routine, you should maybe take her to see a doctor.
Also, from what I read: Her diet lacks meat! It probably doesn't affect her weight, but I can't imagine life without meat.
