Your breast size is mainly dependent on nutrition and genetics and if you're getting the proper both, then they're growing correctly. Nothing wrong with small breasts. Your back will be fine.

If you've been spending more time out of the house than usual.
If you've changed the litter for the litter box (like, you switched brands).
If you haven't cleaned the litter box lately.
If nothing has changed then you should take the cat to the vet because it could be a health problem but I haven't had a cat in years and I have never experienced this issue.
