I can relate. But it's not quite the same with me. When I get horny, my butt hole gets a little wet, and that's when I know there's gonna be a problem. I poop my pants within about 30 seconds. This used to be a major problem in high school because I got horny all the time, but now with this new medication that came out I never have to get horny again.
