Any one of those things would be a deal breaker for most people? Why would you even need to ask if this is normal or ok behavior.
You are hurting both of you for not kicking him out. You don't need to put up with this and he needs to learn it is not acceptable to be that way.
He should be homeless so he can learn what happens to lazy slobs.
