Wait until he sleeps, take some rope and tie him to the bed, take a scrubbing brush, some disinfectant (the strong type they use in hospitals) and scrub the living shit out of him.
I suggest that you also keep one of his socks handy because he is going to scream like a little girl when you start scrubbing him, take the sock and shove it in his filthy mouth.
