Sounds like you deserve someone who actually treats you with respect, I know you said he had good qualities and even putting aside the hygiene issues ( which is a big thing to put aside when it's to that extent) the issues with grabbing and squeezing your boobs to the point of pain when he feels like is a disturbing thing to keep on doing.
He sounds like one of those people who's after a carer rather than an equal partner, seems to get what he can from you, selfish and sex is a big part of a relationship to just take it completely off the table like that isn't fair on you
