Is it normal my boyfriend gets angry over food?

He was so angry. The fruit was cut and in his bowl and the yoghurt was missing. I'm never hungry enough to eat yogurt. He knows this but he still was angry. I rang a visitor to ask them if they ate it? no... I looked in the fridge and the yogurt was behind the apples. Two things on the shelf.. apples and yogurt. He didn't care because he got his yogurt. I feel better now I vent.

Is It Normal?

  • Dump the jerk. This could be the opening salvo of an abusive relationship.
Your feelings should be a hell of a lot more important to him than his fucking yogurt.

  • Make him fix his own food next time. And find a more patient, kind boyfriend, with less expectations.

  • He sounds a bit unstable...like a runaway horse. What??

  • HAHA...what?

  • Leave him. He doesn't sound like the kind of guy that wants a comitted relationship.

  • He sounds a bit messed up, however was there any reason for this outburst? Don't just jump to the assumption that he is crazy, check if something had happened during his day that has had him on edge and vented that frustration from the day when something, regardless of it being small, happened, then felt comfortable to vent, perhaps in a childish way, but vent in the comfort of his home/personal company.

Ofcourse, him doing this for no apparent reason like stated above is also something that is a possibility.

All I am saying is to figure out if the reason for this explosion has any background rather than some random event.

    Best of luck.

  • And why act all crazy over yoghurt...
Minor inconvenience. Tell him not to act like a 5 year old.

Is your boyfriend ok in the head? XD
