I think that while they have a point about looking for another job, you should ignore the ones that act like you should just get one and be done with it. The fact is you shouldn't have to settle for less pay just because he groped you. He is the problem and they need to do something about it. However, you should not just put up with it in silence either as that is not going to help anything. I'm sorry you experienced this. I have not so far but it seems like the majority of other women have, at least according to what's always on the news in America.🙄 Good luck
