People will always comment on someone's appearence regardless of their resons behind it. You knowing that it isn't fake can give you power over how you feel when they give you such comments. Your body is the way it is, and it is up to you to decide how to feel about it, and about others' comments. They can think what they like, it isn't their body. What, are their bodies so real that they have a need to make you question your looks? As long as you are healthy and feel that way, your body is perfect. If you have all body functions then you shouldn't question it.
I am saying this because so many times you will find people focusing too much on others' body image; and of course with obvious influence of photoshop and other things people underestimate the uses of their own body. With that said, people are unthankful for what they have, and having a healthy body is an amazing thing which should be more important than its appearence.
I am pretty sure that everyone's body grows in proportion, the way it was intended to. Yours is no exception. However, if there are things that you would like to change, change them because you want to not because others' opinions have impact over your decision-making.
