the birds = pets, she probably adopted them so they won't die just like anyone adopts cats/dogs, some bird are already domesticated as pets, so it's no different than cats & dogs, she lets them out daily that is well good enough i know some people dont do that and its abusive just as letting them outside would be
My point is that if it's not already injured or domesticated a bird should never get picked up at a store or from an exotic breeder. But I suppose it's a moot point on those that do.
