Most bathroom scales aren't as accurate as the doctors. Also, doctors tend to weigh you with clothing on, adding several pounds, which would actually prove that your scale is even less accurate than it shows.
Your scale may have a feature that you can reset for accuracy. Like mountain man said, you should check if you can reset at zero, then see what it reads.

Also, your weight can fluctuate a lot just in water retention. Salt, sweat, and foods can all add or subtract a lot over the course of the day.
