I'm in no position to say what is or isn't fair I just fin it ironic that you guess they deserve some help. They lived there before the people that gave birth to the people that gave birth to the people that gave birth to the people without the legs. So if those first people to come along would have just left them alone we wouldn't even be talking about it.
