Well that's what interests me, my "experiment" seems to prove that it's not neccessarily that women aren't funny, it's that even if they are they aren't percieved as being funny. Oftern when I'm being ironic or sarcastic people don't even recognise that I'm joking...whereas my male alter ego gets mad love for the exact same posts.
Yeah, I'm funny, but yeah, I think being female limits the reach of my humour. Often when I make a joke, people take it seriously, whereas if a guy made the same joke, they'd realise it was intended as a joke and laugh.
Is it normal men don't laugh at women's jokes?

Would you consider yourself to be a funny person in real life or do you find that being a female "limits" the reach of your humor?
I know plenty of women that are very witty and funny. But many who think they are and completely arent. Same thing with men.
