Peeing - no problem; pooping - it has to be a solo act for me. It's common for many guys I knew to pee in the back yard at cookouts, pool parties in mixed company.
When I traveled to Europe, there were a few places with unisex bathrooms. The first time was a total surprise. I walked up to a urinal and saw that a mother and her daughter were using the sink adjacent to the urinal. I felt a little awkward as there was no divider to block their view, but realized that this is the norm there. I took my dick out and aimed, but there was a delay starting the flow. They weren't paying any attention to me, but I felt a little bit embarrassed. Finally, I started to pee. Seconds later, mom and daughter were done at the sink and left.
The next few times, I knew what to expect and just peed when I needed to regardless of who was in the bathroom. Since then, there have been many times that dads will bring their daughters into the men's room. I'm desensitized to it now. Really, it's no big deal.
